Apothic Red

Dark ruby red, concentrated. Cherry liqueur, mixed berry jam, savory green herbs like sage and oregano, with hints of black and white pepper, mocha, caramel and vanilla, and baking spice make up its flavor and smell. There’s a hint of oak but not overpowering. Tannins were easy, soft and round. It pairs nicely with Spaghetti Bolognese and salad. This wine is a great choice for those looking for a flavorful uncomplicated everyday red or those who are starting to enjoy red wine and do not want heavy tannins.

Chateau Ste Michelle Harvest Select Riesling

Harvest Select Riesling is made in a slightly sweeter style than the Columbia Valley Riesling, but still shows the elements of classic Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling. It offers beautiful crisp Washington Riesling character with rich flavors of ripe pears and peaches. The fresh fruit and decadent character is balanced with crisp acidity to keep the wine in harmony. This is a perfect patio sipping wine or would be a great match with Thai food.

Chateau Ste Michelle Sauvignon Blanc

The mostly stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp, clean, refreshing style of Sauvignon Blanc, offering fresh aromas and flavors of lemongrass, apple and melon. There is a touch of Semillon, which contributes an appealing fig character and a beautifully soft, rich quality to the wine.

ChocoVine Red Wine

ChocoVine is a fine French Cabernet subtly combined with a rich dark chocolate from Holland, paired together to create a decadent, silky smooth drink. It can be served on the rocks or as the main ingredient to an array of sinful cocktails.

Snap Dragon Red Blend

Raspberry, cherry and blackberry balanced with spicy oak and hints of toffee. Enjoy with barbecue, pizza or spicy dishes.

Martini & Rossi Moscato d'Asti

Back again for a second week, we are sampling this sweet, smooth moscato wine. The makers of Martini & Rossi Asti bring you Moscato d'Asti, a wonderful combination of sweet moscato wine and the effervescence of Asti sparkling wine. Come gat a bottle before we sell out!

Kendall-Jackson Avant Chardonnay

This refreshing Chardonnay bursts with intriguing layers of fresh pineapple, bright green apple, crisp Meyer lemon, juicy pear and wildflowers. The wine's refreshing acidity and sleek mineral notes are balanced by a rounded mid-palate with a long, pure fruit finish.

Martin & Weyrich Moscato Allegro

It's fresh and spicy, offering exotic floral and fruit aromas reminiscent of orange blossoms, honeyed apricots and peaches. Delicious as an aperitif or with light desserts, enjoy it with fresh fruit, sorbets or light pastries that aren't too sweet.

Cupcake Red Velvet

Reddish purple in color with aromas of chocolate, deep rich blackberries, and red fruits that carry through to the palate to a creamy mocha finish reminiscent of a blackberry chocolate cupcake with mocha coulis. Pairs well with sweet and spicy Hoisin steak, BBQ bacon cheeseburger, or dark chocolate fondue.

Come in this week and try Van Ruiten Wines. This winery has put out some extraordinary varietals that have won major awards, such as their Old Vine Zinfandel being declared the "Best Zinfandel in America" by the Wallstreet Journal. These wines are high quality at a moderate price, ranging between $15-$20.
